In 2023, we launched our first Bond Markets & Racial Equity program and framework, with the support of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and selected a cohort of 8 government issuers. The 2024 program will bring together a second cohort of government leaders who want to enhance how they center racial equity in a bond issuance, or in their public finance decisions to receive free technical assistance, led by PFM and the National League of Cities.
